I haven't really seen anyone get everyone car stereo pics together. Mainly I would like to see what everyone has done with there trunk. I'm trying to come up with a design to have a local shop install for me. Currently I have an install which I did but my subs are facing forward and I just don't think its the best setup.

I would like to design something which is not to flashy, more of a stealth design. Thats hard to do with our trunk space. Maybe this will give me some idea's.

POST AWAY!!!
smile

Oh and my pics are in my website(sig)

Later,
Justin

Here's a pick of my trunk...I've got 2 12" Polk DB subs.

This is the backside of the right rear seat where my sub amp is mounted.

A little teaser... My install is an all-winter project, it will be ready next summer only... These items are in very rough status wink I'm working on this with my usual partner in crime Jeff Labelle (major props out to his own install!!) and everything is fabricated, built and installed by us. No shops involved in this one. laugh

Fiberglass molded sub box for 2 x 10" drivers, flush mounted in spare tire well. The amp rack tilts down from the parcel shelf and slides out as well.

Shelf in the "up and retracted" position... held by tie-wraps!!

Detail of sub out of the car.

Body color painted PPI Power Class amps.

Pascal,

Looks like your doing a very nice install. Even better that your doing it yourself.

Keep posting!

Thanks,
JUstin

Here is the link to my SVT:

It's not exactly a competition level installation {at least not at the present time ;)} but it's simple & the sound is great.
Just like anything else related to automobile enthusiasts though, it will probably never be finished...

very nice installs guys. makes me seriously reconsider putting in my 400.4 fosgate that would run my 12" xtant sub. the sub was in my last car and the sub was a gift, still in the box! i just dont' know if i want to put it all in. i still need a good head unit and a pair of seperates for the front. i have the rears already.

anyone that posted ever have thier car tested for db's? i'm curious as to how well the car will hold the notes.

again, nice looking installs. keep the pics coming!
