Joey, I have the same camera, it takes great pics as you can see! Add a 128mb card and you're good to go for a long time! Have you figured out the photomerge for panoramic pics? I probably just need to play with it some more.
After taking the pictures (in panoramic mode), you just need to copy them to photostich...the program merges them from there.
This is one I took a while ago using that option...
As you can see, the programs not perfect (the third car from the right has two fog lights) Other pan shots I have taken look good though.
