Uhm, you are correct about not being an option, but this one has is and that is why I couldn't pass up this SVT. I think it was a big mistake on the assembly line, but a good mistake for me smile

Yes, this debate has gone on for number of months. The previous owner posted pics of the TC switch, the light in the dash and so on. I can tell you this. I have to disable it because with the power the car has at the moment, it kicks in on dry pavement. Don't need it until the snow arrives.

What did u use for your grills. Really cool zigzig look.

TC was not an option but was probably a mistake made ont he assembly line with this SVT.

The grilles are stock and painted the colour of the car. Looks different doesn't it. I like it, thanks to the previous owner. He made a great call in getting everything painted silver. smile

Well as the previous owner I can attest this car has traction control, and yes it was somehow added at the factory even though it wasnt an option. I had to buy the switch from my dealer so I could disable it.

It was stalling on the dyno during the drive clean and the traction control light in the instrument cluster was lighting up cause the rear wheels were not moving and the fronts were. The TC compares the speed of the fronts versus the rears. If the rears don't spin, it tries to stop the fronts.
