Speaking of case mods, you can put dynomat or equivalent on the inside of the cover to quiet the fan vibration.

I have one asthetic mod on my car, door dings removed. I bought car the for the way it looked not to chop it up and make it look like something else.

My point wasn't modding, my point was I don't believe its a worthwhile item to mod if its only gonna sit at home.

So what does your house look like?

Did you paint the walls after the original paint? Did you hang pictures? What about carpet? There all useless features that are not needed. It only sits at home.

Guntaker,
It looks like u have a fan in the middle of your window. Is that right?

I don't mod computers because I don't know how. Just bought a 99 svt and look forward to personalizing it. My brother is 18 and without a car (well, he'll get my 95 gl). He's totally into computers and just started at UCONN for engineering. He's been making computers for people for a year now. He just starting to mod his computer the exact way any of you would to your car. You upgrade your air intake and exhaust for performance. Well so does my brother. You add "pointless" aesthetic sub boxes w/ clear windows to show off the sub baskets and add "pointless" neon and strobes. So does my brother. And why not? This is what he loves and enjoys. Just like a lot of you love and enjoy tweaking and modding your rides. Have you seen the extent of what can be done to a computer for visuals/performance. Its mindblowing. To each his own. And the fact is I'm not going to change anyones mind. How can I? Mac vs PC. Euro vs Jap. To rice or not to rice. Alpine vs Pioneer. 10s vs 15s. Vinyl graphics or not. I'm not knocking anyone that does any of this. I wouldn't remove my back seat or spare tire for a sub box but anyone that wants to, by all means. If your prepared to deal w/ a flat or p/u just one friend, then great. Your business, not mine. I certainly wouldn't knock you for it either.

...and yes, I did SEARCH first before asking.
