Well, I made the big leap this last weekend, and did the red emblem thing to my Silver Frost SVT...and frankly, I'm not certain if I like it or not. The rear emblem looks pretty good, but the front kind of makes the car resemble Rudolph. So, you be the judge..... P.S. I know, I know... the lighting is bad in the front pic. My fotog skills are lacking... - Brad

The rear looks pretty cool, but I think a darker red would be better. The front, yech, not liking that one bit.

I do want to give quick props to Scott Deal who set me up with these though. If your considering this mod, check Scott's website out at http://planetauto.homestead.com/emblems.html Perry - Yeah, I'm agreeing with you. I'm thinking about doing either a silver or dark grey for the front...something that hides just a bit better.

Well the red I dont know about, well at least for those of us who live im Michigan. Say if you were from like Indiana you would have a red and white license plate so that would be bad azz...

pmsummer: i was thinking the exact same thing!
brad: i have a silver svt, too and bought the silver one from scott deal for the front. i was a little diappointed with the quality - you can see some swirl like marks in it, but overall i'm satisfied. i was debating between the silver and the black. i think black would look pretty nice. i'm thinking about ordering a black one, but $30 a pop is kinda pricey!

The back looks ok blends with the reflector and the front is to much contrast, the silver or black would look better on the front.

it's the best i could do - sun was going down, cheap camera, still learning how to take good pics. i think the black would look sharp. maybe you should leave the red in the rear to match the reflector and go with black to blend in with the grill. the "Ford" is really tough to read. it mostly looks like just a silver oval. i'm thinking about switching to black or maybe "svt" like the back of my car:

I would have went with the silver Ford emblems to match the car. I know the red stands out so if thats what you were looking for you did it!
