i have learned to love blue cars, and learned to hate black ones.
my next car will either be blue, gray, or silver. black is too hard to maintain.

I agree with that. It's hard work keeping it looking good. I used to have a 85 Rx7 that the original owner neglected big time and the paint had LOTS of fading on it. Was very hard to get back and restore the paint as best I could without a re-spray. But I would never neglect my Tour like that. She gets a detailing EVERY week. Nice deep rich color.  Dont get me wrong, I love the maroon blue, your Tour looks AWESOME

4cylmys, according to fords paint codes, its called Light Prairie(sp?) Tan. Ive seen a couple of pre-98 tan Contours around, but they seem to be lighter than mine.
