Anybody has the right to turn off their rating. It's pretty meeningless anyway. If you post something someone doesn't like, the give you a 1 even if you offered valuable information.
As far as the race goes, it'd be hard to say who would win without seeing what ets can run in the 1/4. I don't see to much problem hooking up in a truck providing he had the right rubber to do the job.
