The how to was for removing the orange reflector in the head lights.

Door ding gaurd removal has been exahusted. Do a search for details, but here's the short:

Leave car in sun for couple hours.
Use hair dryer to start on end of each molding
Yank rest off
Use soem kind of goo gone or bug & tar remover and leather gloves to remove rest of foam tape
wash car
wax car
