Manassass Va. I don't know the offset on the wheels, I let the let the shop I bought them from figure out what was correct and they did.
Fun begins at 5000 rpm!

The wheels are 17 X 7.5 and they do come in 18". Yes my Tour is lowered, using the Eibach "Pro Series" springs and stock shocks. I also just had shock tower braces and sway bars added both front and rear, and sub-frame connectors. The handling is amazing now, almost no hint of body flex or roll during even the most agressive corners!
