I'm not Gretzky either, but will wearing a jersy with his name on it make you think I am? No, I didn't think so. Imitation is the biggest form of flattery, remember?

OK what are you guys talking about...There are bunch of people on this board that put SVT parts on their cars...whats wrong with that..SVT exhaust is just a performacne mod and looks, the wheels are much better than my original 14"hub caps, and I think they have the best design and the front grill (honeycomb) much better than a straight se grill..I am just upgrading and making my car look better and performance...obviosuly its not an SVT, and will never be as fast as SVT...

dont mind them, im in an even more "embarassing" possition than yourself....
i own a 97 zetec its about as far away from the SVT as one could possibly get, but i can still have my fun damnit......
AND if i ever scrounge up anough money, someday i hope My fun might include shoehorning an SVT powertrain into the 97.....
That would shock the socks off all the SVT people, who i am so jealous of at the moment......

97 Zetec MTX Sport
Esslinger UDP; Nology HotWires and BERU Silverstones; Sylvania Silverstars (high beam in low beam)
Dual Fiamm air horns
Mk1 Mondeo Clear corners(and yes I made them fit....)
Boston FS80's in the front

Micah's PRE98 SVT front bumper, W/ Mirko splitter(yet to be painted)

Rally drivers do it sideways......

He was not saying anything derogatory. Pay attention....

Relax, and try not to lean on the CAPS LOCK key.
