My defintion of rice is a car with lots of stuff done to it that are not functional.
Now in the movie there is a twin-turbo supra. No matter what kind of bodykit is on it I would hardly call it rice. 0-60 in 5.7 seconds stock. For that speed I would put the most flamboyent bodykit I could find on it!
Rice= civic ex+ si badges+ 3 foot wing+ rubbing 18's+ coffee can exhaust= 0-60 in 8 seconds.
