Where did you see this car? I'm willing to bet I know the car you are talking about. There is a 95 contour with the same color and accent that is always crusing around on sawmill road, and is sometimes parked on Cranston Rd right off sawmill. The car I have seen is lowered, and does have an aftermarket exhaust, maybe a flowmaster? And I also believe, if I remember correctly, it had some carbon fiber tape over the crome strip on the bumper.
