One up in Eastlake (North East of Cleveland) been there, small but the guys are cool, $75 for 4 runs all must be the same day, they 2 and 2. They also can custom burn chips, but that must be made in advance as they bring in a guy from MI to do it. Their custom tuning is very reasonable (quoted $300 for dyno, tune and custom burn SC'ed SVT) Company name is Dynotech, I have their number if you need it.
