Hey guys, my name is Eric and I live in Florida. I'm coming up in July to visit family. Are there any good speed shops around the cleveland area, also columbus? My brother lives in Lorain (my hometown), sister lives in Columbus and my other sister in Rocky River. Thanks

Yo Eric!
Columbus has JEGS and the Cleveland area has Summit Racing. Haven't been to JEGS in forever, but I hear it's pretty cool. I'm only an hour from Summit and go there all the time. Cool place. Gonna be a hike from Lorain/Rocky River (1 1/2 - 2 hours).
Where in Florida are you? I used to live in West Palm and still go there many times a year.

I live in Fort Myers now, west coast. Lived in West Palm for about a year..awww clematis by night.. My parents live in Port St. Lucie...I have BAT in sarasota just up the street.. Just want to make my plans on what to do when I'm up there. Never been to summit, do they have a showroom? Anywho I'll be there this july..

Guess I coulda read your signature better and woulda seen where you're from. Summit has a showroom . . . but they have go-fast stuff for everything-- old muscle, new muscle, imports, trucks, flat-out race, etc. It's not like BAT that service a niche market, so if you're expecting an entire place devoted to Contours, you'll be disappointed. But if you like front engine rails hangin' from the ceiling, blown big blocks displayed on the floor, etc., it's worth the trip.

hay fast, on july 2nd i will be in sarasota. we own a condo on seista key! i drove my ride down there last year and posted telling evrybody i was there if anybvody wanted to meet up but noone replyed! oh well maybee this year!

Thanks, you guys are pretty cool...have to be to be driving tours. Here are my plans..driving up 75 to columbus first..so I'll let the guys know when I'm there. Then to Lorain..then to cedar point..would be awesome to go to the point together..
