Sometimes I notice something funky goin' on in the brake pedal when I'm stopping. Not as pronounced as when the ABS goes off, not a warped rotor or fried pads-- but somethin's goin' on in there. No idiot lights sayin' anything is wrong, either. Does the SVT ABS system periodically adjust itself or something? The car stops fine.

sure it's not the rotors? my car started doing that when it needed new rotors. it would grind when you would brake, especially if you brake a little harder.

No car anymore ;\ (taking a break from driving due to several misfortunate occurances)

At high speed stopping (going 90+) my brakes pulse, like they are warped. Other than that they are fine.

No, it's not a pulse or a grind . . . I know what that is. This is more like the ABS is going off-- funky feel like the pedal has a mind of its own. But it's more subdued-- not a situation where the ABS would go off, and not as drastic as when it does.

As I said, everything WORKS fine, it just feels . . . well, funky. I'm just wondering if the ABS "tunes" itself from time to time or something.

Hey Cam: Kinda OT but I for one would be interested in looking at that fender intake you've got...maybe at the next meet? ZZZ.

Sounds cool . . . I've been trying to get to one. Cardoc said I missed one (in a different thread) but I didn't know anything about it. I was having trouble getting in here for a while so maybe I missed a discussion, but I didn't get any emails about anything either.

When IS the next one? Columbus? Let me know. I'd love to bring my 'tour . . . but you gotta excuse the dings. Was on a trip to MA when an empty pallette fell off a truck in front of me. The guy in front of me powdered it and left me to drive through the flying pieces-- bounced 'em all the way down the car. I've been having the worst luck with my body panels lately. . . mad

No firm date yet, we'll know more when Dom gets back so keep an eye on FC.org as posts will be there for sure. Maybe at the end of this month or early Sept depending on people's schedule.

My hood needs work... I know the feeling. ZZZ.
