I'm from cincy as well. I have not had to visit any body shops yet. The dealership that I've had the best luck with is Beechmont Ford. The couple of others that I have been to leave little to be desired.
I believe I saw a silver svt with tsw wheels on I71 one morning. Don't know if that could have been you. I have a silver 99 lowered with mille miglia evos.
