I don't think I could help, unless I get to race one with 100 pounds of vinyl graphics on it, although it will blow me away in the horsepower department if it's red with a yellow body kit...

I'd be in real trouble if I did that...lol I know all the plant reps out there... And the bash is being held at the Lordstown Assembly plant. It's not the place to go if you are looking for some kills.. They're all older people with Z24's and Sunfire GT's..lol So.. Hmm.. we could always stop by and make fun of them.. I know they would appreciate that..HAHAHA!

Sorry to hear that, sounded like the truck packed some heat. I did race a S-10 at Norwalk, a girl was driving, blew me off the line (actually she red lighted...lol) the S-10 ran a 16.6 which shocked the hell out of me, cause I was trailin for a second (due to red light...yea, yea that's it wink ) I caught here by the 330 mark.

Well one day (could just be a dream at this point) my Votech will be on and you wont know it either wink , Win or Lose I dont care I love racing, winning is better, but hey you cant win them all. Losing to a bowtie sucks laugh

its got alot pickup and go for a 4 cylinder and i think it would probably smoke my S-10 and the 2.4 litre has a good aftermarket so i'll see what i can do.The Z24's can do mid 15's in the 1/4 so maybe some day down the road i'll be in the mid 14's.My truck was pretty fast but it had over 100,000 miles on it.

Actually I drove a 2000 Cavalier Z24 (Silver w/Black int) for four months as a demo car from work.. I put 5,000 miles on it..(Driving to and from Elyria and Toledo) It was brand new when I pulled it off the carrier.. It was ok.. But the racket from the 2.4 gets a little unnerving at times, gets below average gas mileage..(Worse than my SVT) but the car was fun nonetheless.. But it's no SVT or WRX.. But it can keep up.

BTW Bill- Here's a great site for Cavalier speedparts Http://www.RKSport.com . Take a peek and see if ya like! Shh.. Don't tell anyone I told you that!
