$10M is pretty cheap for an entire college campus 40 minutes from Boston. And 5 minutes from where my parents live. 
Let's chip in an buy it. Level the college, do some landscaping... put a whole bunch of 1/4 acre lots on it and make a fortune!!!!!
If I only had 10 mil to front the project.
