I'm not a big fan of war. (May shock some since I'm former military, served with a Nuclear missile unit.) But if the decision is to invade, attack, then let it be all out.

No holds barred.

And when we win, we should be benevolent dictators for a generation or two, slowing teaching the children that they are rebuilding a democracy. And transistion Iraq into a true Islamic (if that's what they want) democracy.

What do we get? A source of oil that we can pretty much control.

Many of the current rabble rousers in the Middle East want to blame the West for the poverty in their nations. They use this "class envy" to motivate folks into thinking they have nothing, and nothing to lose in comparison to the West. Not to mention the twisting of religion to further motivate by promises of paradise after death.

I hold no illusions about us having any benevolent interests in the area, it is strictly oil. But there is no reason we can't be a benevolent dictator while we teach them that anyone can prosper by applying themselves.

Done rambling now.
