I say go one of two ways. Upper class and down and dirty ghetto style with girls who really need the money and will work for dem $'s.

I prefer a dive bar myself, more interaction is a plus. I refuse to spend the big money so I dislike the upper class joints where I feel only the out of town business man come in. I am sorely outclassed at these places because $20 of fun is not a 3 minute couch dance.

Middle of the road there is just too much competition. Not sure on the gambling laws but you will make a lot of meoney if you get a lottery license ofr video poker, keno, etc.

Then again you get some high class girls with a VIP room charge out da azz.
