some redneck did that here in Woodbridge years back at a 7-11. he was drunk and was going to buy more beer and didn't put his pickup in park when he got out so it rolled right through the front door. besides christmas i think that's the only time i've seen 7-11 closed.

some lady did that here in SI. She was parked in front of a dunkin donuts, got in the car to pull out, put the car in drive and floored it. Went stright through the front of the store. :rolleyes:

My turn. Driving by a gas station the other day and saw an SUV on it's side. No other cars, no indication of it hitting anything. Just a bunch of cops and a young girl (about 20) standing around. The girl was sitting on the ground, so I'm assuming she was the drver. No ambulances either, so I guess no one was hurt. Wierd stuff.

no accident, but just the other night i was behind this old bag in a nice new accord. she must not have seen the numerous orange BUMP signs and cones and slammed a 15inch high cutaway in the road. she went all over the road after hitting it, but luckily nobody was coming the other way.... GET OFF THE ROAD IF YOU'RE THAT STUPID AND BLIND!!!

Loco, Remember that Chicago-area story from about a month ago? A man was at an auto dealership (Ford, I believe) with his 4-yr old son to test drive a truck. Somehow the porter/salesguy that was pulling up the truck jumped a curb/sidewalk and pinned the guy into the wall of the place, killing him. I think he was making the effort to save his boy at the time. Sad story.  Jay

I was sitting at a stoplight on my way home from work a few months back. I heard this loud crash and glass. Looked over and some woman had used her Astro to make Quizno's a drive through. An employee comes running out of the store, she puts the van in reverse and backs out enough to open her door, and gets out. The van starts running away! Shes all saying, "I don't know what happened!"
The curb she drove over was about 8" tall. She would have had to floor it to go up it. :rolleyes:
