Anyone from there or know anything about living up there. I hate the cold and snow unless I'm in the mountains, but I can adapt. Just wondering if any fellow CEGers are currently living up there. I could use a friend up there.

Your in for major culture shock my man!!!! It took me about 1 1/2 years to adjust and I only moved from upstate New York. The peoples' attitudes and culture are very different than the South which from my travels is very similar to where I grew up.
But once I found my "niche" I have come to love the place and I very glad to be living here. My girfriend moved from Colorado with the same observations as I. It took her about 2 years to adjust.
New Englanders are just a differnet breed as the old saying goes. But I have learned to love 'em even if they don't like the Yanks!!!!
