1 square mile and it has 8,000 people. And neighboring Philadelphia has 1,517,500 people. (This is all 2000 Census data.) That's more than TWICE THE PEOPLE IN YOUR ENTIRE STATE!
The Fargo "metro area" population density is 54.5 people per square mile. Philly has 11,736 people per square mile. My town's math is pretty obvious. Please don't try to tell us that you live in a bustling metropolis, because you really live in the boonies.
