Hold down? As in keeping the waterblock attached to the processor? How about some
Artic Silver Epoxy ?
Says not to use it on a CPU, but it may be worth looking around and seeing if people have tried it. And now that I read some reviews, they say not to use it on CPU's because it is permanent.
