there are a lot of things that you can get a loop hole out of tickets- but the best way I know how to gewt out of a tivket is not to speed- having said this- (the above helped me once or twice)
Unless you get me as the ticketing officer, as I have all of that with me (keep it in my work bag). I wouldn't have a problem producing any of those documents in court
