I see. What do the Mods do If someone gets out of hand? Who determines "Out Of Hand" anyway? Can someone really get "Kicked Off"? I know that Lance Kinley owns the site, but can't just about anyone be on, at any time? If you get bounced, then can't you come back with another name? There are plenty of members that don't add much positive input, so I imagine that the Mod's could stay fairly busy, if they choose to. Just wondering about the UBB politics...
