hmm..
i never really bother with rating people unless they've helped me- then they get'a 5 star.
that's about it.
i cut mine off though, haha. :p
EDIT later: i have also found that people who bring up the rating system, whether it be a complaint or not, definitely get their ratings down most of the time... basically its better not 2 talk about it, or not to even care
or cut it off.. its all good. i dont think people really look @ damn ratings anyway!
