Once again, Lance and Co. have dominated a very tough mountain climbing stage. The team rode tempo at the front until it was time for Lance to take matters into his own hands. He broke away from the main contenders and has shown them to only be pretenders. He won the stage by over 1 minute and now leads 2nd place man Joseba Beloki by 2:28 laugh
There are three more hard days of climbing to come as the scene switches from the Pyranies to the Alps. Anything can happen in the mountains, but I bet Lance can cover any attacks against his position.
