Not to brag but, if you think you want a plastic intake I'm probably the best qualified to help you. I'm am currently a Program Manager (fancy title!) with one of the company's that make the plastic intakes for the current Taurus 3.0L. My previous job was developing plastic intakes at the company that makes the intake on our V6 tours. I can tell you from experience (6 years working with plastic manifolds) that it is not an easy task. Small mods are easy though so let's talk about what we really want and maybe we can make an existing intake fit our needs.
