From a police officer's POV, yes, the V1 is the best there is at any money. Just don't fool yourself into thinking that it will detect laser. I have yet to see any detection device that will warn the driver of lidar before it's too late. And for all of you who are about to exclaim that your V1 or whatever warned you about a lidar trap, let me tell you that it didn't. What you got was a false signal. If you knew how lidar worked, you would agree with me.[/b]Yep, Line of sight and only on for less than a second. Just like Ghost recon, "If you see them, you're already dead..."
