Uniden BearTracker BCT-12. I like it and it came in handy when I went to Chicago. But like I said, the volume needs to be up. They don't specify where it's legal or illegal, simply tell you to "check local laws". There's a few websites that list where they are legal or illegal.
Which actually makes me think, how do they track your speed by plane?
There's painted markings where they time how long it takes you to cross two reference points, and they calculate your speed that way. I think it's called VASCAR.
