Is this still on going? -Never heard back about Bad Ford Customer Service -Never heard back for the 50,000 Mile Water pumps -From what I know we never heard back from the Duratec's Dying Did I just miss somebody post or what? It always sounds like someone has started a Formal Complaint but we never hear any details after. Am I alone in this? Our Contours are "hasbeens" as bad as I hate to say it, but it is true. Ford tossed the final grenades in 2000 and we are stuck with dealing with them... OK so that was a bit harsh, just came to mind... I would like to know if someone has info on how to get around the road blocks and filtering agents and be able to actually make contact with someone that cares and can make a difference. Anyone? Anyone? i doubt as contour owners we can get anywhere with ford...when my car was in for the atx they totally treated it like **** and messed up a few things....the customer care person or whoever called to followup on the service and i told her of my complaints...she told me to go back to the dealer and let them know what had been done to my car (scratches, popped skirts off near rear wheels and they still dont fit the same as when i bought the car, engine grease on the interior inside, etc....long story short i almost got into a fight with the service guy and she wouldn't come out of her office as she said she would if i needed her to when i got home (15mins from dealer) she answered her phone and gave me some bs first saying she was in her office then saying she had left when i told her the service dork went to get her and said she was in a meeting.... she was supposed to 'pull my file' and call me back....i never heard from her again now im about to have a battle to get my wiring harness recall done through a different dealer that already told me the cracked wires under hood were not covered :rolleyes: Volcano God 95 contour se...dark blue...monsterflow air filter...remanuf atx...wiring harness recall or bust!!!96k miles...motorcraft awsf32pp plugs & red ford racing 9mm wires...kvr black plated cross-drilled rotors & carbon fiber pads...currently undergoing renovation...excuse our dust!!! are my dodgers for real????
