I think it depends on what you two are looking for also. The 'relationship' that I am in now, we have both been good, *nothing* has happened, its more friends then anything. Thats still cool though.
The relationship before this one, we were friends first. Then we became best friends, then lovers (or so I thought
), then we broke up. That was four months of slowly moving from friends to lovers. It had a lot more meaning when we did the horizontal tango. Though when we broke up, I found that I can be VERY revengeful when I am cheated on (especially with a woman!). Cars were getting towed, locks changed, etc. It was fun.
The relationship before that we waited all of five days.
It was nightly after that, for all of four more weeks. Those was a very cool month though.
That one started like it ended, quickly.
My current relationship we are taking our time. I believe that both of us have the same goal, but we are moving SO SLOWLY, its almost driving me insane. I think that the end result will be something that we both will be very happy with.
