I have a '53 M38-A1 Jeep that I am building up.
I have gone from a one barrel to a Webber two barrel.
After I start the engine it sputters and dies after a few seconds.
If I give it some gas, it hesitates then sputters and dies.
It will not start unless I pump the throttle first.
I have had the mixture screw out and it all the way.
It just seems like it's running out of gas.

I just need a few ideas before I start taking things apart to check things out.
