How very interesting...the father using the daughter as a mechanism for the lawsuit, then we find out that he doesn't even have joint custody of his daughter. But of course, the father knows better and decided to file the lawsuit so that the rest of us would be better off with his intervening on behalf of the public.
What I want to know is how come all this information didn't come out before?
