But DanB has a good point too, if the unemployment rate were zero, then maybe we have an issue, its not so there are plenty of available workers although they may not be looking for a job washing dishes in a restaurant. What you should do is direct Mexico to become a stronger capitalistic state which it is trying to do and I think our government is also trying to help them do. however troops along both borders would certainly keep out anyone from coming in which we could use for a while until we find who is here plotting to hurt us.
