Troops on the Mexican border will help, but troops really can't see into the gas tank of a large truck to see if someone is hiding in there with a snorkel. The Canadain border is also very open. We need a special security force to root out all the terrorists already here(probably a few thousand, no less than a few hundred). They will continue to get in since we have that stupid open border trading thing.
