Bye bye hatchback 9-3!
I like how Saabs always retain their "Saabness". Hopefully this time the shifter isn't a mile down there on the floor, complete with rubbery linkage and turbo lag.

Kerry Actually, they claim their is virtually no turbo lag now. We'll see...

I don't know why they decided to get rid of the hatch, that was easily one of the best features of those cars!
Every time I come online I wonder if the forums will be up

What's the draw for a Saab? They seem overly expensive for the performance and I would consider four or five other cars/ manufacturers for the same price before a Saab.
Someone enlighten me.

They can hit $40000 or more, which is on par with a BMW 3-series. Yes, it does feel a bit overpriced...and not to mention that it is really just a GM car! :p

I must say though that I think that is possibly one of the best looking sedans out right now- I absolutly LOVE how it looks- and I kinda do go for the weird and wonderful. (thats why I have an SVT- around here it IS a weird and wonderful)

You can order a Saab that will easily run away from all BMWs save the very expensive M-cars, all the while looking a LOT more exclusive than the Bimmer everybody's uncle seems to own. Since the 9-3 and 9-5 are out, chalk one up for the Saab in my book, I'd hit it!
