It's this really sadistic game where you have a pair of tweezers and have to pull these tiny, odd shaped bones from little orifices in this paper guy's body. If you accidentally touch the sides of the orifice while yanking the bone out, the metal tweezers against the metal sides causes a buzzer to go off. This in turn scares the crap outta you, making you retract your tweezer hand and actually hit the sides even more in fear of the buzzer sound, making it go off even more!!!
AAAACK! and then all the kids giggle cuz it's scary fun.
