Hey Toadster,

You liking your fridge? (Was it you buying a fridge?)

I got myself the Sony SPP-S2730. 2 phones in 1. It's a normal corded telephone with speakerphone and caller ID memory/screen. Also has a cordless handset (2.4 GHz). No answering machine, but I have a separate one of those.

The phone has so many features it's not even funny. It supports multiple cordless handsets (up to 4!). The caller ID can be accessed from either the base or any handset. Quick dial memory can be sent to base or handset.

For some reason it was on blowout for $79 Canadian. That's essentially 2 phones for $45 US. I think regular is more like $149 US.
