So... The thingy is under the upper air tubeys... two inches away from and an inch to the front of where the throttle body meets the upper air tubey thingy. I took that off and swapped mine twice, incl forgetting the O-rings and driving around spewing gas under my hood fer miles and miles... (no KA-BOOM though.. HA HA :p ) the trick is getting the philips screws off the fuel pressure reg while only moving the upper air intake maniford up a bit. (so you don't have to take off the vacuum hoses etc) I used a phillips bit and a tiny wrench... then replaced the phillips screws with hex drives.
and screwed em' in with a hex wrench. Boosting the fuel is ok to the SVT reg.spec. but more just ain't no good.
