Update the drivers for sure! Your going to need more memory also. IIRC Windows 98 eats up 112 mb itself. I'm not sure about Windows Milly but I'm sure it's in the same area. Another 128mb will run you about $20. Unless you get a deal like I did. 128mb $4.99 after rebate! laugh Pricewatch.com is a great place to start your search. Good luck!

Update: I talked with dell this afternoon, and they got me squared away with updated drivers, and also showed me how to free up system resources. Resources were 78% free, and now they are 94% free so that should help out. However, in going through this process we encountered another problem. Now, when I insert my game into the cd rom drive, the menu pops up as usual which says install/play/multiplayer etc. Usually I'll hit play and the screen will flash for a split second and then the game will start a few seconds later. Now after hitting play the screen flashes, but the game never starts. Dell techs couldn't figure it out, and they are supposed to get back to me in a couple of hours "I just hope not the same guy, couldn't understand what the hell he was saying. Any insight on what could be wrong? Thanks
