ATX in the NEON has been fixed for 2002 I thought with the 4spd being installed versus the old 3-spd which was garbage

I'd still rather have a SVT focus than the neon srt-4.
Anyway you slice it, it's still going to be treading into 20k for a neon, yeah it will go like stink but I'd rather have a car that feels like it costs 20k, not a 12k neon with a turbo and some stiff shocks :p
Every time I come online I wonder if the forums will be up

Both look ugly = even Both handle great = even The neon is fast and the focus isn't even remotely = Advantage neon easily. Warranty and engine durability = neon (soon to be) Factory warrantied upgrades = neon Aftermarket = even, though I don't follow either one so... but I'd rather have a car that feels like it costs 20k, not a 12k neon with a turbo and some stiff shocks As opposed to a 12k focus with fancy brakes and big rims. :p BTW - both cars are hopped up baseline economy car...

LOL @ demon well my take on it is this- I drive an SVT- its dead right now- why because Ford boned me- do I hate FoMoCo? no - but I wish they would own up to the design prob and get my car running again- So for me right now I would go with the SRT. Why you ask- well - 7year 100K warrenty on a car that is Very uprated compared to stock- you know its going to have its problems- cars always do- but my SVT sittin in my garage for the past 2 monthe only had a 3- 36K warrenty- and also very uprated compared to stock- so basically it comes down to this- if the "POS" Neon brakes- its under warrenty and I wont be out $5000 for a motor like I am now- Hopefully FoMoCo and DaimlerChrysler will work on the availability of parts for these Hopped up cars- the situation for E0 Cars is down right scandelous- Heads are about $2100 right now for an E0 SVT- Thats just stupid!!!!! oh and for the record- those damn Chrysler E55 AMG and SL55 AMG are so damn crappy..... :p Get real and PS. Remeber the Shelby CSX? Turbo Chrysler that whooped on stangs all day long!

Okay.. let me get this straight.. chrisilversvt is an ENTHUSIAST, as we can tell by this: chrisilversvt: i thought this site was full of car enthusiasts, and ford enthusiasts like myself He likes all "SORTSA" cars... BUT: chrisilversvt looks like an over riced pos neon to me..are you people forgetting this is still a pos neon?i don't care if it has 500 horsepower,i still wouldn't like anything made by chrysler, especially a neon.. FIRST, he says this: chrisilversvt i was sick of all the personal insults geared towards me.. YET: - some of you guys seem to love it soo much, maybe you should start a neon website www.posneon.com
- i'll show you what my RENTAL car will do a$$hole...
- and by the way your gfriend likes my penis just fine..ha ha
THEN... He realizes the err of his ways: chrisilversvt] i was just trying to express my opinion...doesn't anyone love their tours anymore?and can't we all just get along? AND chrisilversvt if you like it that's fine with me that's your opinion.. BUT, he STILL talks SH|T every time someone says they like the Neon.. Oh well.. some people are just too hypocritical to realize what they are doing. Anyone ELSE see this? Then again.. that's just: chrisilversvt ...my opinion... Right?   Ray

I like it and am excited to see what the aftermarket comes up with for it. It could be very very fast.
