i tell you what,you bring your little r/t neon to the track and i'll show you what my RENTAL car will do a$$hole...with your 150 horsepower and all i'm soooo worried...i thought this was an enthusists site too, not a friggin' neon lovers site...i like other cars besides tours too,not just every little turbo'd pos that comes around..like i said the first one of you that buys one of these little pos,bring it to the track too,and i'll show you what a real american muscle car can do too(my stang not only will outrun it,but outhandle it too)..and everyone needs to quit whining when someone has an opinion different than theirs...my opinion is its a pos chrysler..if you like it that's fine with me that's your opinion..some of you act like its jesus reborn or something,i happen to think its a pos...if you like them so much,sell your tour and buy one,find you a neon website,and maybe everyone will have the same opinion as you..until then quit whining when someone states their opinion...by the way my RENTAL car as you call it is a damn fine car,and it holds its own pretty well,but when it cant thats why i have the "beast"..but my svt rules for a daily driver..again just my opinion if you don't like it tough $$it...

my friend is thinkin about buyin one and my one goal is to make my car or my dads car better than his car just to piss him off

I am a car enthusiast I like cars, I like the Neon but its trunk and rear is too small. If I wanted a pocket rocket under 20K I would buy a SRT hands down. I think it looks great too.
I would think you Mustang drivers would like all the scoops, with all the non functional ones on your car!

and by the way my stang is an lx...only has about 380 rwhp though nothing special..i'd like to see your lightly modified neon make that many horses..the kenny brown suspension doesn't make it handle good either though,so i guess i should worry about these neons when they come out..low 12's in the quarter ain't much either i guess,but like i said i'm sure the first lightly modified neon will beat that though..but i guess i shouldn't speak so soon,cause one of those riced out neons may outrun me at the track..well maybe that is if i let them get to the eighth mile mark before i take off!!and only use the odd gears when i shift!just a thought...and at least i'm not on here talking up someone else's car that isn't even out yet..i actually have the car to back up my talking...so everyone that has a problem with my opinion of the neon tough s**t..it's my opinion,and i'm entitled to have an opinion...
