Hella -- I said I personally wouldn't drool over it, I don't care what someone else did. Besides...it's just me getting uptight, not the whole board.
And just like chris said, it's still a Neon.

so what year mustang do you have? is it a GT or a cobra? if you say GT you might be running your mouth a little bit early. "pos neon" you say? i can't wait to see the look on your face when a lighly modded one of these, still having half the engine you do, walks away from you, haha.

Do you realize the POS NEON ACR kicks the crap out of damn near any car out there handling wise. One note, Chrysler is now run by Daimler, MBZ! With there 7/100K warranty I would sport a Neon. Oh yeah, on reliability, check the Problems section of this board. NOOB go back to your Stang board! Just another Redneck from Nashville with a mullet and a 'Stang They don't turn my head!

exactly, its not a cobra or a vette but you have to respect that performance for a factory compact car. i'm not a fan of the neon in general either but this is the exception.

Hey, I happen to think that car is a pretty damn good package. Only thing I'd do is swap out decklids to get rid of that wing on the back. Plus, if Chrysler keeps that 7/70K warranty around, this might be an even more enticing package... And Hydro, I totally agree with the uptight vibe around here as of late. Where are the ENTHUSIASTS around here??!!?!?! Call the Neon what you will, but the Neon ACR is a great little package if you do any kind of SCCA or Auto-X stuff from the factory, and this one should be just as good. Plus, what other auto manufacturer is offering a turbocharged, 200 HP and TQ vehicle from the factory for under 20 grand??? Let me know when you find another.

I don't like the guy for what he did to a company I consult for. Aside from that I don't watch baseball! Went to a Giants Game at PacBell a few weeks ago and it was painful. Yuck!
