and I think it's pretty pathetic how excited they're getting cuz they think they're getting some sort of respect from other car enthusiast communities and members because they are sh*tting on a fellow import owner.

shat on someone for acceptance from others.
who cares if some domestic owners now have some sort of better respect for you because you don't mod your car to sh*t. is acceptance from mustang and corvette owners really what is going to make you a better person in life?
and yeah boohoo they get made fun of cuz of people like the guy who posted give them a supposed 'bad name'.
the proper way to educate people on the differences between themselves and the people they think give them a bad name is definitely not to post a link to this assreaming thread on forums all over the internet and then stand back and actually be proud of the results.

There have been Contour owners who have been treated just as badly on here. The flames may not have been as harsh but the message was loud and clear.

that car was nasty looking...i was surprised to see that honda owners actually police their own rice as i didn't think they knew the difference seeing that though reminds me to never post pics of my car with all the hamsters and yellow carbonfiber do hickeys and the stuff im getting from t-red's group buy but when i get the etch a sketch install in the dash i may post that  bling bling
