It's a caching problem with MS Internet Explorer. I was having the same problem and Lance and I finally figured out that Internet Explorer caches too aggressively. In order to fix the problem you need to go click on Tools, then click Internet Options. Once you are there click on Setting under the Temporary Internet Files and change it to Check for newer versions of stored pages: every time you visit a page. Once you are done, restart your computer and you should be good to go.
