That article states that the average for the ~50 top earners, as a result of Sept 11, was over 100k, and that the vast majority of those were Police civilian employees. Thus, they do not carry a badge or gun, and enforce no laws. Get your facts straight before you try to troll here again. Now go play somewhere else.[/b]
