This is misinformation pure and simple. It is orchestrated just as the phantom army composed of inflatable tanks lined up along the English coast baffled the Nazis prior to the D-Day Invasion. Trouble is, the US military doesn't even try anymore - too lazy I suppose. Just send out a press leak and hope the Iraqis take the bait. They won't.
