I would certainly forgive anyone who chose (d) and I certainly wouldn't expect any Afghani to be very happy in the same kind of situation. Mistakes are much easier to forgive when they happen to someone else's family.
we'ved offed several of our own people due to friendly fire in these wars and i dont hear much complaining from our citizens.....
